Real Estate Video Marketing in Faridabad and Delhi NCR: What to Film and How to Get Site Visits

NCR buyers compare before they visit

A property is usually the largest purchase a family makes, and in the NCR it is rarely a one-city decision. Someone looking at a home in Faridabad may also be looking at Gurugram, Noida or Greater Noida, often while working and living somewhere else in the region. They watch, compare, ask relatives, shortlist and revisit.

That means your video is competing with projects across the whole region, not just your own neighbourhood. And behind every view is one quiet question: can I trust this builder, or this broker, with my money?

Video helps because it shows what a brochure and a rendering cannot: the real site, the real people and the real progress.

What to film

The finished or sample home. A proper walkthrough of a sample flat or a completed unit, shot well, in good light, with the rooms shown at their true proportions. This is your hero content.

Construction progress. Regular updates from the site show buyers that work is actually happening. For under-construction projects this is one of the strongest trust builders you have.

The location, and the commute. In the NCR, the daily journey matters as much as the home. Film the real route from the project to the nearest metro station or main road, and to the markets, schools and hospitals people will use. Where you quote travel times, make sure they are ones you have actually tested.

The amenities. Clubhouse, park, security, parking, whatever is built or on the way. Be clear about what is complete and what is planned.

The people behind the project. A founder or project head explaining the vision, the team and how they work. Buyers often decide whether they trust a person before they decide whether they like a plan.

Real buyers. With their consent, residents or buyers talking about their experience in their own words are more convincing than anything you say about yourself.

Answers to common questions. Short videos on things buyers always ask: how the booking process works, what the timeline looks like and what happens at possession. Clear, honest answers reduce hesitation.

For brokers and channel partners in the NCR

If you sell on behalf of several developers, your video can be about the buyer's decision instead of one project. Locality and sector guides for Faridabad, Gurugram or Noida, honest property tours and explainers on how the buying process works position you as someone who helps people choose. That gives people a reason to contact you directly rather than browse a portal.

Show things as they really are

Real estate advertising is held to a standard, and buyers are quick to notice exaggeration.

  • Label computer renderings clearly as artist impressions, and keep them separate from real footage.
  • Do not show amenities as finished if they are not.
  • Include your project's RERA registration number wherever the rules require it. The authority depends on where the project is: Faridabad and Gurugram fall under Haryana, Noida and Greater Noida under Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi has its own. Check the rules that apply to your project.

Honest content builds the kind of trust that turns into bookings. Anything misleading creates risk for the brand and for the buyer.

Turn attention into site visits

The goal of real estate content is not views. It is a conversation that leads to a site visit. That needs a few things in place.

A clear offer in the video. Say what the project is, where it is and what kind of buyer it suits. A beautiful clip with no details gives an interested person nothing to act on.

One clear action. Book a site visit, message us on WhatsApp or call this number. One step per video works better than several.

A fast reply. Interest fades quickly. If someone enquires and hears back days later, the video has done its job for nothing.

Local targeting for ads. Property is local, so ads should reach the people who could actually buy, for example by targeting specific areas or PIN codes. Think about where your buyers live and work today, not only where the project is. A Faridabad project may suit people working in Delhi or Gurugram, and your targeting can reflect that. Give the campaign enough budget to learn which creative works.

We explain this gap in more detail in why Instagram gets views but no enquiries.

Plan the shoot for NCR conditions

Mind the smog season. Air quality across the NCR can drop sharply in the winter months. That hurts exterior and drone shots, and construction restrictions can apply on the worst days. Plan your hero exteriors for clearer days where you can, and book early if your timeline is tight.

Check drone rules. Drone flying is regulated in India and airspace around Delhi is especially restricted. Confirm the permissions that apply to your site before the shoot.

Chase the light. Early morning and late afternoon usually give exteriors the best light.

Prepare the site. Have the sample flat or home tidy and ready. For under-construction sites, agree safety rules and access with the crew in advance.

Batch the shoot. Do the walkthrough, the amenities, the location and a short message from the project head in one shoot day.

Where to start

Start with one strong walkthrough and a short founder message, then add regular progress updates and location videos. We are a Delhi NCR studio with our base in Faridabad, and we shoot across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad.

Our post on how much a brand film costs in India explains how production is priced, and our production work shows what we make. If you already have footage from your sites, we can edit it into finished videos. For a full shoot, tell us about the project and we will scope it.
